Inverter phase

A selected backup gateway indicates a whole-home backup request, subject to G.T.E checking load, switchboard and network conditions. Panel total uses nameplate DC power. Battery total uses manufacturer listed stored energy (kWh), not output power (kW); a complete-stack battery model counts as one stack. Sigenergy EVDC is DC-coupled, not a single/three-phase AC charger. For a stacked Sigenergy or other integrated system, enter one shared installation position and switchboard distance. Final battery wiring, inverter compatibility, site phase and grid limits need G.T.E confirmation.

Installation scope, exclusions and warranty

The written quote covers design and installation of the selected solar and/or battery system, related electrical work, testing and commissioning. Unless stated otherwise, it includes standard AC electrical materials for a run of up to 5 metres.

The final panel placement may differ from the design. G.T.E will determine a suitable installation layout based on actual roof conditions and discuss material changes to scope or price before carrying out that work.

Switchboard work is included only when it appears in the written quote. Any excluded work needed on site will be assessed and separately agreed before it is charged.

Price and payment

The published final amount is the GST-inclusive amount payable after any eligible, verified government incentives expressly shown in the quote. If an incentive is unavailable or changes, G.T.E will confirm a revised written price. G.T.E does not accept cash payments. GST applies to taxable work regardless of payment method.

After-sales and warranty

G.T.E provides a 5-year warranty on its installation workmanship. Product warranties are provided by the original manufacturers under their stated terms; they are separate from G.T.E’s workmanship warranty. G.T.E will assist with product warranty claims and meet its obligations under Australian Consumer Law and any applicable NSW statutory warranties. These rights are not excluded by a manufacturer warranty.
