Agreement and scope / 合同与服务范围

The contracting business is the entity named on your quotation. Only itemised work, equipment, cable lengths and services are included. A website enquiry is not authority to start work. Quote-specific agreed terms apply, subject to mandatory law.

签约主体以报价单所列公司为准。仅包含明确列出的工作、设备、电缆长度与服务。网站询盘不代表授权开工。双方书面确认的项目条款适用，但不得排除强制性法律规定。

Variations and unforeseen work / 变更与未知工作

Unforeseen work and services are excluded unless expressly itemised. Additional work, prices and schedule changes require written customer approval before proceeding. Emergency safety work requires separate authorisation.

未明确列出的未知工作与服务不包含在报价中。新增工作、价格和工期变更须在执行前取得客户书面同意。紧急安全处理亦须另行授权。

Access, safety and scheduling / 现场、安全与工期

Please provide safe access and disclose known hazards and property restrictions. Unsafe conditions may require work to stop until resolved. Installation dates depend on agreed access, equipment availability and required third-party approvals; changes will be communicated.

请提供安全通行条件，并告知已知危险与物业限制。不安全条件可能需要暂停施工直至解决。施工日期取决于约定的现场条件、设备供应及必要的第三方审批；变更将告知客户。

Solar and battery services / 太阳能与电池服务

The proposal specifies panels, inverter, battery capacity, quantity, installation location and any backup circuits. Roof repairs, structural reinforcement, switchboard upgrades, trenching and extra cabling are included only when itemised. Generation, savings and incentive estimates depend on site conditions, usage, tariffs and eligibility; they are estimates rather than guaranteed outcomes. Backup supply is limited to the agreed equipment and circuits. Any separately referred electrical or ASP2 work is contracted with the provider named in that separate quotation.

方案应列明光伏板、逆变器、电池容量与数量、安装位置及备用供电回路。屋顶维修、结构加固、配电系统升级、开沟及额外布线，仅明确列出时包含。发电量、节省金额和补贴估算取决于现场条件、用电、电价及资格，不代表保证结果。备用供电范围以约定设备及回路为准。另行转介的电工或 ASP2 工作，以独立报价列明的提供方签约。

Price, deposit and final invoice / 价格、订金与尾款

Prices identify GST and the agreed deposit, payment milestones and due dates in the quotation or invoice. Deposits must comply with applicable statutory limits. A deposit is credited against the final bill. After completion, approved variations and received payments are reconciled before the final invoice is issued. Payment details are provided with the invoice.

报价或发票列明 GST、约定订金、付款节点及到期日。订金须符合适用的法定限制。已收订金抵扣最终账款。工作完成后，核对已批准的变更及已收款，再开具最终发票。付款资料随发票提供。

Cancellation and refunds / 取消与退款

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any agreed cancellation costs must reflect the contract and applicable law. Cooling-off rights and remedies under consumer law remain available where applicable. There is no blanket no-refund rule.

需要取消或改期请及时联系我们。取消费用须符合合同及适用法律。适用的冷静期权利与消费者法律救济不受影响；不实行一概不退款的规则。

Workmanship, warranties and consumer rights / 施工保修与消费者权利

Work will be performed with due care and skill. Any voluntary workmanship warranty is stated in your quotation. Manufacturer warranties are additional promises; they do not replace statutory consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or applicable NSW law.

施工应尽合理谨慎并具备专业技能。自愿提供的施工保修以报价单列明内容为准。厂家保修属于额外承诺，不替代法定消费者保障。本条款不排除澳大利亚消费者法或适用的新州法律下不可排除的权利与救济。

Questions and disputes / 咨询与争议

Contact the business below with your quote or invoice number, a description and supporting records. We will review the issue and discuss a resolution. You may also seek assistance from NSW Fair Trading or pursue available tribunal or court remedies; contacting us does not waive those rights.

请向下列签约公司提供报价或发票号码、问题说明及相关资料。我们将核查并协商解决。您亦可向 NSW Fair Trading 寻求协助，或使用适用的仲裁庭、法院救济；联系我们不代表放弃这些权利。
